Step 2
When you are ready to begin, come back and sign in with your username and password. You will be taken to LeadCap’s Enhanced Learning Programme environment. Complete the brief account set-up process there and you're ready to start.
Step 3
Once you start, you will undertake the program through an appropriate mix of external learning + online learning based on principles of androgogy and NLP. You shall receive a program pack by courier, which includes case studies, workbooks, career management tracker etc, which you need to diligently follow and fill every day. You shall also receive access to our online LeadLab system, and our easy to navigate courses will guide you through from start to finish. You can start, stop and pick up right where you left off whenever you want. However, each course has got a defined time period within which you have to complete it. For example the Advanced Dual Certification is for 16 weeks.
