Everyone of us is blessed with a potential to lead. Some of us discover it early, while some others never do – only to go through lives completely unaware. LeadCap diaries narrate leadership lessons from the experiences of some real people around us. The more you read and reflect on these experiences, the more easily you would gain confidence to rise to a leadership role.

At the same time, there are still many more stories that have leadership lessons which we could all learn from. They could be fables that you have heard, biographies that you have read or even your own life experiences. These stories and lessons could break more myths and could help in drawing more people towards a leadership experience. Share these stories with us by mailing them across to mail@leadcap.org.

Rays of Love and Hope from Leadership Village

  • Anil LeadCap with Laila Madam
  • Friends,

Sorry ….

A couple of days we couldn’t post news. But still the villagers are the news makers!!

Except a BIG meeting today was a lazy day of rest and fun for us.

Joishith the Chess player came from Caicut and till evening we spent our time in Anne Frank.

Anne Frank is home for us. A resting place for the wary traveler, an oxygen centre for the vision chasers and a sacred space for the seeker of knowledge.

Both of us are physically drained but still enthusiastic about emerging giant vision.

And we were not much inspired to post news in the diary as it seems like recession has hit the inspiring element of our readers.

Sometimes we even wonder why people dont like to communicate with us.We are just puzzled about every one posting many things about Leadership but nobody really cares to communicate back .Very very funny city people.

And the mad rush of Bangalore was an eye opener for Laila and myself. Be slow guys, stop once and see the beauty of a sunset, listen to the breeze oozing in through the window and get CONNECTED to nature before it is too late. Or get wise like Sangeeth and party , pack your bags and come home to Leadership Village. Make better and meaningful relationships and be something to somebody…..After-all
