Everyone of us is blessed with a potential to lead. Some of us discover it early, while some others never do – only to go through lives completely unaware. LeadCap diaries narrate leadership lessons from the experiences of some real people around us. The more you read and reflect on these experiences, the more easily you would gain confidence to rise to a leadership role.

At the same time, there are still many more stories that have leadership lessons which we could all learn from. They could be fables that you have heard, biographies that you have read or even your own life experiences. These stories and lessons could break more myths and could help in drawing more people towards a leadership experience. Share these stories with us by mailing them across to mail@leadcap.org.

Leadership Village team to approach Rotary Club~Laila Reports

 LEADERSHIP VILLAGE LAUNCH UPDATES

Today is a glad day for Anil Emage as we visited Rtn MPHF PP Dr.TPV Surendran, of Rotary Club.He is the Director of LEO Hospital,Wayanad who considers Anil Emage as his own son.Even though the Dr.Was extremely busy he spent nearly one hour with us and was very very happy to know more about the recent adventures of village boy Emage. The Dr know Anil for many many years and had been  one of the most important supporters of him throughout the struggles of his life.

Then there itself he called the person of Rotary Club and arranged an appointment for us this evening. The Dr.personally requested the official to invite Anil for the next Rotary meeting so he could present Leadership Village to all the Rotarians.

Oh we do wish now if someone is here to help us make PPTs and Videos to make our job easier!! But we are villagers, we shall exist without PPTs and Computer aids.Human spirit and the never ending belief in oneself is the most important of all.Not a single vision was accomplished with the pleasures of a cozy life.
