Everyone of us is blessed with a potential to lead. Some of us discover it early, while some others never do – only to go through lives completely unaware. LeadCap diaries narrate leadership lessons from the experiences of some real people around us. The more you read and reflect on these experiences, the more easily you would gain confidence to rise to a leadership role.

At the same time, there are still many more stories that have leadership lessons which we could all learn from. They could be fables that you have heard, biographies that you have read or even your own life experiences. These stories and lessons could break more myths and could help in drawing more people towards a leadership experience. Share these stories with us by mailing them across to mail@leadcap.org.

I want to become a poet-Ramsheena/My life my vision

Leadership Village

Kaniyampatta

This is a short poem by me…

Music of rain

I love rain

I love the music of rain

And I love the

Deep murmuring of

Leaves in the wind.

  • I am Ramsheena. I have a big dream.I would like writing poems.I love poems very much.My favourite poet is Sugathakumamari.I like her all poems.I would like to writing poems as like as Sugatha kumari , Kamala Surayya etc.Now I am writing poems always in Malayalam and English.Therefor I will work hard for my dreams, and I will hold fast my dream. It will not waste.

Leadership Village Notes

As you are aware of Leadership village is getting alive.Children have strted to give wake up calls to sleepy adults, and yes they are shouting WE HAVE A DREAM!! Ramsheena is a sweet little girl of 13 , soft spoken and a face as lovely as a garden fresh flower .Today she came with a strange request.

“Could you please give 10 minutes break,please..”

“Why child?’

“I need to participate in a poetry competition..Shall be back in a jiffy”So she came back soon, and learned the valuable lessons of Living Library with her friends. The calss room for me is a page straight out of a fantasy story, almost unbelievable. How is it possible that a in a remote village nowhere from every thing children learn with a never heard of methodology of education called Living Library and started operating a library by themselves and these 50 plus children are creating every minute history as they build with such gritty determination the world`s first leadership village.
