Everyone of us is blessed with a potential to lead. Some of us discover it early, while some others never do – only to go through lives completely unaware. LeadCap diaries narrate leadership lessons from the experiences of some real people around us. The more you read and reflect on these experiences, the more easily you would gain confidence to rise to a leadership role.

At the same time, there are still many more stories that have leadership lessons which we could all learn from. They could be fables that you have heard, biographies that you have read or even your own life experiences. “I really liked your articles. I have taken print out of all articles and have put it on notice board in my work station in company.”

I got the above message in my inbox last night from one of my friends. The message was about articles written in the LeadCap blog. I truly believe that if anything good is there in the articles published, it is the message that we are trying to convey to the nation; the Great News of Leadership.

It was a great pleasure to see the message, because of the feeling that the Leadcap message has started to inspire many more. The pace of people making leadership decision should increase. For that, again, those who have already decided to be leaders should spread the Great News of Leadership.
