Everyone of us is blessed with a potential to lead. Some of us discover it early, while some others never do – only to go through lives completely unaware. LeadCap diaries narrate leadership lessons from the experiences of some real people around us. The more you read and reflect on these experiences, the more easily you would gain confidence to rise to a leadership role.

At the same time, there are still many more stories that have leadership lessons which we could all learn from. They could be fables that you have heard, biographies that you have read or even your own life experiences. These stories and lessons could break more myths and could help in drawing more people towards a leadership experience. Share these stories with us by mailing them across to mail@leadcap.org.

Hi readers

This is Jithendraprasad. Recently I have done a project on alternative tourism in Wayanad and it is published in Leadership Village YLP Online Journal.

I am did this project to study about the possibilities and problems of Alternative tourism in Wayanad.

:   To understand the ways in which Alternative tourism helps in protecting the environment.

:  To inform the society about the importance of tourism.

:  Finding the problems and giving suggestions.

:  To learn how tourism affect society and tourist at the same time.

:  To know about foreign tourist’s culture and life style, and help them to know about our

    culture and life style.

We are encouraged to do such projects relating Wayanad, so that we get an awareness about our own native place and we are also initiated to many social issues. By going out and meeting people from various walks of life our leadership skills too are developed.Pls read the complete version of my work on Leadership Village YLP Journal:
